We, at Crafera,understand that there sometimes is a hesitation towards buying a product from an e-Commerce store as compared to buying the same product from a brick and mortar store. This is more so in the case of handmade and crafted products. We want to make the customer feel comfortable while buying a product from our online store. If the customer feels that the product doesn’t match his expectations, we provide 7 days return policy provided the product is unused and is returned in the original packaging in which the product was received. In case of any cancellations or returns, please write a mail at email@example.com
- Cancellations will be acknowledged only if the request is made within 72 hours of placing the order. However, if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping the products the cancellation will not be valid.
- If you feel that the product you received is not as per the website or you feel or if you feel that it didn’t match your expectations, you should bring it to the notice of our customer care within 24 hours of receiving the product. Appropriate action will be taken after the customer care team looks into your problem.
- For cancellation of the order, the customer will have to call us at the customer care number and write an e-mail to us mentioning the details of it will be refunded in terms of gift vouchers or direct credit to your bank account. The customer will have to use the gift vouchers within three months from the date of the issuance.
- Return of the products is only applicable in India & is not applicable in international shipments
- The customer must send an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with the details of the order & the reasons for return.
- The returned product must not be used by the customer and must be sent back to us in orignal packaging and form. Also, the customer must make sure that the product that he/she is sending is insured against in-transit damage. We will not be able to commence refund in case we receive damaged product.
- You will be required to return the product back to our office address as mentioned on our website and all the expenses related to handling and shipping of the product must be borne by the customer
- The customer must not accept the delivery in case the product has been received in an unsealed pack. In case the customer discovers that the pack is not sealed, he/she is required to return the same to the delivery executive immediately. The customer must take this into consideration that unsealed pack shipments will not be accepted as return in case the customer doesn’t refuse to take the delivery to our office.
The customer may return the products within 7 days in case he finds any defect/damage in the product after opening the sealed package. The product must be returned in its original packaging else we will refuse to take the product back.
- The customer may be offered a replacement for the products which are returned by them. In case if the same product is not available with us, we will issue refund of the equivalent amount after deducting the shipping & tax charges as applicable in 7 working days.
- We will not accept any returns of the products which have been customized as per the specific requirement of the customer
